90min YoMassage session

Everyone deserves the opportunity to experience therapeutic touch. Join Licensed Massage Therapist/Certified YoMassage Therapist, Bridget Taddonio, for a uniquely transformative offering that includes a healing blend of: mindfulness, gentle stretch and massage/touch.

What to expect:

Beginning with a grounding meditation, you'll be invited to set an intention for the session. You'll then be guided through six to eight highly supported restorative yoga poses while receiving medium-pressure massage to soothe and balance the nervous system. YoMassage is open to anyone, the only requirement is that you are able to get up and down from the floor comfortably. Flexibility is not a requirement, nor is prior experience in fitness, massage or yoga.

Masks are required and instructor is fully vaccinated. All equipment is provided. Hand sanitizer will be applied between each massage to maintain a safe environment for all. Please note, participants are fully clothed (so be comfortable). This is a safe, supportive environment. All are welcome.
