RELAX & RE-HARMONIZE. This healing sound journey offers a peaceful and deeply immersive full-body listening experience with crystal sound bowls and chimes. Intentionally using sound to invite gentle yet powerfully therapeutic and restorative effects for the mind, body and soul. Allow your mental chatter to fade as the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and chimes wash over you.
Sound waves created by the crystal singing bowls guide the mind more easily into states of relaxation. These sound experiences assist in tuning the brain into alpha and theta brainwave states. Participants may be more likely to release stress, enter deep meditation, and create internal conditions for healing and regeneration within the body. Therapeutic sound is known to aid in calming the nervous system, relieving anxiety and depression, improving concentration, reducing chronic pain, improving sleep, and reducing cortisol levels.
WHERE TO MEET:
The sound bath is hosted at the Blissful Heart Campus (45 NW Greeley Ave) in the Crystal Sanctuary Loft above the Sanctuary Salon. Park in front of the Blissful Boutique (white house with big porch) Head behind this main house to the back garden and see the salon building. Enter the door to the left of the Salon and proceed upstairs.
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 mins early and account for winter weather.
BRING a yoga mat, blanket, optional eye mask, water bottle, and wear something comfortable. Space will have extra bolsters and blankets available.

Hi I’m Kate. I am a sound journey facilitator based in Bend, Oregon. My mission is to provide others with environments that create deep states of peace and harmony. I utilize quartz crystal sound bowls and chimes to create therapeutic and relaxing sound experiences. Sound frequencies created in these experiences provide an optimal state for allowing the mind, body, and soul to relax, regulate, and re-harmonize.
Kate offers 1:1 private sessions, group, and event sound journey experiences.
