Upon retiring from equestrian competition, Emmy returned to school, earning a Master's degree in counseling psychology. While working as a cognitive behavioral counselor, she found that many of her clients were improving much more quickly when she used the same alternative techniques she had used with her equestrian students. Curious, Emmy spent the next 10 years in school studying alternative methods of healing and hypnotherapy.
Through her studies, Emmy discovered how easily the strong power of the mind-body connection can be overlooked in our day-to-day lives. Neuroscientists have shown that the subconscious mind is responsible for 95-99% of our actions, emotions and behavior, which means that 95-99% of how we live our lives comes from programming that is beyond our conscious awareness.
Emmy's work has transformed thousands of clients’ lives from all walks of life, including Olympic athletes, Hollywood A-listers, and trauma survivors.
